New to St. Paul? Warmest welcome! We just need a few papers on file to register your child. Returning family? We are so excited to see you again! If nothing has changed since last year, complete only page one of the registration form, sign it, and turn it in with an updated immunization record and a copy of your insurance card. Add a physical if your child is entering Kindergarten or 7th grade, or playing sports.
Ready to enroll? Call the school office at 402-372-2355 or stop by to pick up a registration packet.
We want every family to feel welcome at St. Paul, not worried about the cost. Tuition for Preschool and Pre-K is charged weekly, not daily, so the rate is the same whether your child attends 1 day or 5. Tuition assistance is available, and flexible payment options are available to fit your family’s budget.
Our school lunch program is served at GACC.
Families confirm that they have reviewed the Parent/Student Handbook, Technology Handbook, Sports Handbook, and Volunteer Handbook with their children. Sports carry a $25 fee per student per sport per year, due before the first practice.

Our school community thrives on parent involvement. The Parent Participation Program is how we track and recognize the volunteer hours families give throughout the year. Helping at school events, volunteering in the classroom, chaperoning field trips, and supporting school activities all count, and every family is encouraged to take part.

Our Christian Service Program gives students a chance to put Jesus’ words “to love one another as I have loved you” into practice through service to St. Paul and the West Point community. Service means giving your effort freely to a person or non-profit that benefits from your help. It is not chores, babysitting siblings, or helping a business.
Hours can be served starting July 1 before your child enters 5th to 8th grade, or during the school year. Turn in documentation to your homeroom teacher on or before May 1. More details are on pages 25 and 26 of the Parent/Student Handbook.
An online Christian Service verification form is coming soon. Until then, turn in your documentation to your homeroom teacher as described above.
TeacherEase (Kindergarten to 8th grade): gradebook, assignments, lunch money, and attendance are all at teacherease.com. There is a phone app too, which makes checking grades even easier. Need help with your parent account? Call the school office.
Beacon text messages: thanks to a generous donation, church and school families get messages about their child’s class and the school as a whole by text. Once you register, your cell phone is added automatically. To add or remove a person, or to get emails instead of texts, contact the school office.
Due to Nebraska state regulations, St. Paul cannot give your child any over-the-counter medicine, including Tylenol or ibuprofen, or any prescription medication, without written permission from a parent or guardian. Medications must come in the original bottle or package, labeled with your child’s name, and be brought to the school office. A separate authorization form is needed for each medication and each student.
Students in Kindergarten to 8th grade also complete a Technology Acceptable Use Policy and Student Technology Contract. Call the school office for these forms.

Eagle apparel is available for youth and adults, and proceeds from our spirit wear store go back to the school. Orders are picked up at Creative Xpressions, where youth and adult polos are available to try on for sizing. Questions? Call Creative Xpressions at 402-372-9000.
